1. Products and Services

• Flowrela BD offers only genuine and original cosmetic products.

• Product descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any unintentional errors or inaccuracies.

2. Orders and Payments

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless under special circumstances.

• Payments can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

• An order will only be processed after a successful payment (excluding COD orders).

3. Delivery and Shipping

• Standard delivery time is within 2–5 business days.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries outside Dhaka.

• In case of delays, we will inform the customer in advance whenever possible.

4. Return and Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Used, unsealed, or hygiene-sensitive items (like cosmetics) are non-returnable due to health regulations.

• Refunds are processed according to company policy and may take a few business days.

5. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is kept confidential and is never shared with third parties without consent.

• Your email/phone number may be used for marketing purposes only with your permission.

6. Copyright and Trademark

• All images, logos, and content on the Flowrela BD platform are owned by the company and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Flowrela BD is not responsible for any allergic reactions or side effects caused by the use of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients before use.
